All appointments and classes are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to give 24-hours advanced notice you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled session.
All purchases made at CORE MOVES are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All packages expire automatically after 6 months from date of purchase.

How often should I do Pilates?

Frequency varies for each individual. Most clients come 1-3 times a week using a mixture of Mat and equipment based class weekly. Some clients use Pilates to supplement other exercise programs such as running, swimming, cycling or weight lifting. Some do Pilates as an adjuct to recreational activities, such as golfing or tennis. The optimum exercise program combines aspects of resistance training (as done in Pilates and Suspension Training), flexibility (also done in Pilates and Core BARRE), and endurance training.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Come to your first session 10-15 minutes early so you can fill out the necessary paperwork and background information without cutting into your session.
For Private and Rehabilitation Clients, do bring any medical report, X-rays, MRI scans or Physiotherapy report, as well as a Doctors letter of clearance with you.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that will stretch and move with your body. Be sure clothing is not too loose or baggy as your Instructor will need to see your body’s posture and alignment as you move. No special footwear is needed, however we do recommend socks, and a small towel.
For outdoor group classes, please bring your own mat and water bottle. All props will be provided.
