Our well-equiped studio allows us to programme your exercises on the equipment that will best support you and give the maximum result from each session. Pilates Reformer & Jumpboard integrate Reformer and Mat exercises with the cardio of the Jumpboard. Sessions are organized to optimize flow and fluid transitions and interval jumping to elevate the heart rate for weight loss and muscle building.
The reformer stability chair and tower are all fantastic equipment for getting your body moving, while improving your strength, alignment, movement and body awareness. Exercises are varied to provide your body with a complete workout, mobilizing it in all planes of movement while strengthening your core and peripheral movement principles.
Equipment Classes are conducted in Private and Small Group Sessions.
