Core BARRE™ Classes
Combining the core principles of Pilates with the fundamentals of the ballet Barre, Core BARRE ™ is the newest trend in studio exercise for those looking for the long lean dancer-like body, sculpting thighs, glutes and arms like no other method.
Classes are one hour-long group classes, and are high energy and low impact, using your own body weight and props in high repetitions to work the muscles to capacity for a full body workout. Each strengthening sequence is followed by a stretching sequence to create a lean physique and sexy lines.
Expect to see DRAMATIC results in just 8-10 classes.
