Centrally located in Darras Hall, in a private, well-equiped home studio. We specialise in core and joint strengthening, stability and rehabilitation. We offer private (1-on-1) sessions with postural and injury specific programming, as well as small group Mat Pilates classes, Suspension Training, and BARRE classes.
We work with a broad range of athletes, focusing on athletic conditioning, sports-specific programming, joint stabilization & strengthening, and use sports therapies to address muscle/tissue weakness after injury, acute and chronic pain treatment, and apply the appropriate therapies to correct aggregative issues leading to re-injury.
